Instructions:
Decide on the shape you want to create on your chalkboard. It could be a geometric pattern, a whimsical design, or even just a funky outline.
Use painter's tape to carefully outline your chosen shape on the chalkboard. Make sure the tape is pressed down firmly to create crisp lines.
Once your shape is taped out, grab your magnetic primer and start painting in the exposed areas between the painters tape.
Allow the magnetic primer to dry completely before painting another coat (I suggest three to really get that magnetic property.
Once the magnetic primer is dried to manufacturers directions, then paint on your chalkboard coat. I suggest two or more coats with proper dry time!
Once finished painting, peel off painters tape to reveal a crisp beautiful line!
Once tape is removed, use flexible trim to outline the project and provide a finished look!
